Why trek in Nepal?

Snow Season: - Winter season is the time for snowfall in the Himalayas region (December-January and February). This time is the cold season due to snowfall on the trekking route. But we can do short trekking. And it is an amazing trip in the Himalayas Nepal plays with snow and takes awesome pictures of white places and all-white mountains and best season for snow lovers and enjoy the snow.

Expedition Season: - Spring Season is the month of (March-April and May), these months are the best time for the expedition team that`s way expedition season. It is mildly warm at the lower elevation but occasion haze mars beautiful views of mountains at the higher elevation of over 4000mtrs the views of the mountains are excellent. And the temperature is quite moderate even at night and rhododendrons' blooming time as well as the second-best season for trekkers in Nepal.

Rainy and Green Season:-Trekking information, Summer Season (June, July, and August), the month of this time is greenfield in every way. Time of the summer season you can trek in the rain-shadow areas north of the Himalayan part like Mustang, Upper Manang, Everest Trek, and Dolpo Trekking. Those areas are barren regions so that very less rain and cloud, not effecting from rain due to high mountains and easy to trek for trekkers

Medical Matters for trekkers.
Medical Kits are important for human beings. It does not mean always, for safety and care of life but those people are trekking in the Himalayas of Nepal. It is very important to take with them along the trek because trekking means walking in the remote places of Nepal.  A way quite difficult to get Medicare things along the way and to maintain and make sure you are physically and mentally fit during the trek.

Acute Mountain Sickness is a particularly important medical consideration when trekking in Nepal. Those trekkers get Altitude he/she need to ascend too rapidly to the elevation above 3000mtrs. The initial symptoms are AMS as follows.

  • Nausea, Vomiting
  • Loss of appetite
  • Insomnia/sleeplessness
  • A persistent headache
  • Dizziness, lightheadedness confusion
  • Disorientation, drunken gait
  • Weakness, fatigue, lassitude heavy legs
  • Slight swelling of hand and face
  • Breathlessness and Breathing irregularity
  • Reduce urine output.

Note:- Those above symptoms are not very serious. And altitude sickness is to descend to a lower elevation minimum of 500mtrs down and it had no other care.
