Day 01

Fly to PARO from KTM and transfer to Thimpu

Fly to Paro Bhutan from Kathmandu. Our Local representative (Guide) will meet and greet you at the airport and transfer to Thimpu. Late Afternoon Sightseeing in Thimpu and Evening stay at Hotel.

Day02

Thimpu Full day Sightseeing

Morning visit Changangkha Lhakhang, Motithang mini Zoo to see the National animal The Takin. Drive down to viewpoint from where you have a magnificent view of Thimphu valley; visit National Library to see the large collection of traditional books, Folk Heritage museum where you can see the typical Bhutanese house and their way lifestyle and school of arts & craft (Painting School).

Evening visit Tashichodzong the Parliament house of the country. O/N Hotel

Day03

THIMPHU – PUNAKHA/WANGDI SIGHTSEEING

Morning transfer to Punakha/Wangdi through Dochula Pass from where one can see a beautiful view of Eastern Himalayan Range on the clear sunny day, On the way Stop at Cafeteria a popular restaurant for lunch and a short hike to Chhimi Lhakhang.

Then after driving to Punakha Dzong, which is the summer residence of Central Monastic body. O/N Hotel

Day04

PUNAKHA/WANGDI– PARO

Early morning breakfast at hotel visit Wangdi and transfer to Paro, visit Ta Paro Dzong, the National Museum housed in an ancient watchtower, which has a fine collection of ancient Thangka painting, textiles, weapons and artefacts.

Evening walk around the Ugyen Pelri Palace and the traditional wooden bridge. O/N Paro

Day05

Early Morning drive to Base Camp and Hike to Taktshang/Tiger Nest Monastery

Afternoon SIGHTSEEING in Paro covering off. Drugyel Namgyal Dzong. This Dzong is of historical importance, from whose ramparts the Bhutanese repelled Tibetan invaders. On a clear day, one can view the sacred Mount Chhomolhari, Mountain Goddess (24,000 ft). Later visit Kichu Monastery evening at leisure. O/N Same

Day06

Depart from Paro and Arrive in Kathmandu

Early morning transfer to Airport. Fly to Kathmandu.
