The trail connects Syabrubesi and Gatlang in the Langtang Tamang Heritage area with Somdang, Pangsang La, Chalish, Lapa, Khading, and Baseri, and then ends in the lower Dhading road area before returning to Kathmandu.

The two passes here refer to Pangsang La Pass above Somdang and the Magne Pass / Magne Goth area between Khading and the Baseri ridge.
